He should promote 16 weeks and 3 exceptions at the state level.

Then in 5 years once everyone agrees to that, someone can come up and promote 12 weeks at the state level with only 2 exceptions (rape, incest).

Then in 5 years once everyone agrees to that, someone can come up and promote 8 weeks at the state level with only 1 exception (rape).

Then in 5 years once everyone agrees to that, someone can come up and promote no abortions and no exceptions but it is only a misdemeanor for the mother and a loss of license for the doctor.

Then in 5 years once everyone agrees to that, someone can come up and promote 1st degree murder charges for the doctor.

This is how left went from allowing gay marriage to teaching homosexuality in the class room within 15 years. If we want to win, we need to act like them.
