A former U.S. attorney who resigned last year amid a DOJ investigation into unethical conduct and who was once a top candidate touted by Joe Biden and Democrats, now has even more trouble coming her way.

she was charged with purposefully leaking privileged Justice Department information to help Democrat Ricardo Arroyo get elected Suffolk County district attorney. The DOJ said Rollins leaked sensitive information about Arroyo’s opponent in the race, Kevin Hayden. Arroyo lost to Hayden anyway.

It’s more than a “pattern” of criminality and greed...

That is correct per the article. In Texas you can end the suspension by paying the past due bar dues. However it could be she is not paying because she is giving up the law practice or thinks that additional action is forthcoming where she would lose her license anyway.

Hilariously, here in Jacksonville, FL a former president of the local bar association was disbarred recently for practicing law while his license was suspended.
