Illegal who are felons in their own country should be treated as felons here with the same rules/laws applying. If entering the US illegally is a felony, then they should fall under the felon gun laws. That assumes you agree that illegals should be allowed to stay here, which I don’t
Invading this country shouldn't be a misdemeanor. It should be first degree felony. That law has to change.
If crossing into our border illegally was an enforced felony, then all illegals would be ineligible to own a firearm. Problem solved.
