The number of people sentenced to jail in the USA for ONLY smoking marijuana is probably zero.
People in jail for smoking marijuana:
(1) Pleaded down from a more serious charge.
(2) Or - Violated parole or probation.

Exactly right. And certainly there are NO prisoners in federal prisons for just smoking weed.
Not long ago this corrupt government were throwing people in cages by the tens of thousands for simple possession or growing a few plants, literally destroying a whole lot of people.
