A special prosecutor who had a romantic relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis formally withdrew Friday from the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump after a judge ruled one of them had to leave the case for it to move forward.

Attorney Nathan Wade’s role in the prosecution had come under fire since an attorney representing one of Trump’s co-defendants alleged in early January that Wade and Willis were involved in an inappropriate relationship that resulted in Willis profiting improperly from the prosecution.

Wade offered his resignation in a letter to Willis, saying he was doing so “in the interest of democracy.'

How is it a victory? The same insane, angry witch will continue the trial with all bogus charges intact.

The judge needs to resign. Where did he go to law school?

No he isn’t. He and his significant other are fart-left, Big Fani the Butt Sistah supporters. He doesn’t want to see Fani have to go back to waiting tables at the Pancake Factory.

The judge is getting skewered on Twitter. If he thought he was taking the easy way out, he's about to learn otherwise.

He's a coward and every--EVERYONE--knows it.

Other than someone to keep Fanni escorted and feelin’ no pain while being rewarded (early) for prosecuting DPJT, Wade’s absence will be of little consequence. The actual prosecution—via filings and TelePrompTer notes—has been and will continue to be forwarded to Fanni by the White House Lawfare Gaggle (WHLG).

It was the J6 committee input, the WHLG’s on-site guy and the WHLG promise to “be there” as backup for Fanni that gave her the confidence to hire such an inexperienced squeeze while the job at hand would require so much more. Fortunately for Fanni, the WHLG will be kicking it up several notches so Fanni won’t have to feel any need to do work she never could have done on her own.

Look out, though, Fanni, the Georgia Bar and Jim Jordan are not going to be as easy to pushover as the compromised McAfee! (You’re still going down—and soon!)

It is a victory in that Fanny and her Poker will be subject to Deposition under Oath for all things pertaining to the case and appeal.

Neither are smart enough or self controlled enough to get through that.

Everybody knows they lied and the judge is as corrupt as they are. Hopefully Fani Willis and the judge will be voted out.

That’s too bad because Wade is dumber than a rock. Of course she’s not much smarter.
