CA was 66% white non-hispanic. It's now down to around 40%.

Reagan was a very likeable individual.

By every demographic measure, Hispanics are white, unless you ask a racist KKK left winger. Then Hispanics are a new race recognized only by left wing racists. BTW, whites have increased their number in the US from 72% to 74%, according to the latest census estimates.
