FWIW, Hur was Rod Rosenstein’s top aide and protége at the Justice Dept. They called him something like “Mini Rod”. One of Bannon’s guests on War Room mentioned it this past week.
He’s not knowingly going to do anything that would help Trump.

That’s my take as well. He’s a careerist, not somebody who’d put his career at risk just to do the right thing. The Rod Rosenstein connection pretty much confirms it.
