The case dismissal effort is occurring in Florida against Jack, in Judge Cannon’s court. Cannon was appointed under POTUS Trump.😉
It really reminds me of back when Judge Noreika took a look and saw she needed to throw out the unprecedented sweetheart deal that the DOJ tried to use to “uncharge,” so to speak, the cocky Hunter Biden.
She left out Obama and his promise to scan all the 3 million pages of documents that he has in an old furniture warehouse in Chicago within 5 years.
