The Dems have totally destroyed this country and its institutions. It’s going to take a major struggle to correct all of this nonsense.

Just because a prosecutor should be disbarred and spend time behind bars doesn’t mean the case against an accused person should be automatically dismissed.

There almost certainly are other prosecutors employed by Fulton County. I would not be surprised if each and every one was more capable than Fani Willis.

My guess is he’s going to rule insufficient evidence.

Then he shouldn’t be a judge... Period.

The author says, “That included conversations with elected officials, including state representatives and the state secretary, wherein Trump and his team made their case that they had in fact won Georgia’s vote count. None of it worked because the evidence wasn’t there to support the case.”

The whole world SAW THE EVIDENCE right there on tape as they evacuated a building during vote count for a dripping urinal, and when everybody was forcefully removed, they pulled out crates of votes and started feeding them in the machines with nobody from the Republican side present.

THAT CANNOT BE DENIED. Then there was the late night secret deliveries of ballots from unmarked trucks, from unknown locations, getting counted by unknown people.

Hell, anyone that thinks the election was on the level is a fool or a liar.

The judge isn’t going to be re-elected anyway.

Look McAfee, if you’re looking for an out, just point out that any conviction from the current D.A.’s office, will almost certainly be thrown out on appeal. You can even argue that you’re giving the case a greater chance of succeeding by handing it over to another team of prosecutors.

Comments on this case indicate a whole buncha people haven’t been hearing the hearings.

The judge has been doing his homework and expecting both sides to do their part correctly.

He just threw out the Find Me The Votes phone call charge that is the main column supporting these charges.

Relax. The judge is an accomplished cellist, for crying out loud.

The fact we are even discussing this, is proof our justice system is dead. This won’t end well.

This far the entire arc of mcafee’s career seems to have been as a conservative litigator. Changing spots now would repudiate his entire direction to date plus it would identify him as a made man open to the highest bidder. Not so likely then?

Kemp signed the DA review commission fix bill into law. Could this have been a signal to mcafee to unload on Willis and co.? Maybe mcafee has the courage (euphemism) to recommend that Willis be referred to the commission.

I’m betting that she’ll be reprimanded for her behavior but allowed to remain on the case.

He could take the angle of just dropping the case against Trump or ruling that it must be moved out of Fulton County. It’s less of a direct hit against Fani Willis and gets the same results, if he wants to weasel out of it like that.

Another option for mcafee might be to delay the decision pending more hearings on the recent filings that dribbled in after hearing day 4. Of particular interest would be testimony from Cyndi Lee Yeager since she is a Cobb county DA and presumably her testimony would then be confirmed nferred with more gravitas. As it stands currently, Yeager’s posterior is left hanging over the edge of a conceptual legal cliff. If she is not heard from in court, and mcafee rules in favor of Willis, then Yeager becomes a “tainted” party and the personal damage spreads to DA offices beyond Fulton county. Imho this is almost unimaginable given mcafee’s background unless perhaps mcafee has been threatened by a very big stick. If however mcafee ignores Yeager’s offered testimony but rules against Willis then the damage to Yeager if any is presumably imho minimal.
