What surprises me is since Russia having air superiority, as everyone seems to agree; why haven’t they destroyed the drone launch sites, warehouses and manufacturing facilities??
Moscow doesn't have air superiority over Ukraine, which is why they're resorting to crude glide bombs that are launched from far enough away that Ukrainian missiles can't take down the launching aircraft. Glide bombs haven't the range to reach the factories, and it takes no infrastructure at all to launch these small drones, so there's nothing to hit.

Their “air superiority” is only over Russian territory 40 miles or so from the Ukraine border. Closer and they are shot down; with the arrival of F-16s, sometime this year, that distance will be significantly pushed back.
