In the past, we'll invade Yemen to take out the air bases where the Houthis are launching the drones from.

We've always taken the freedom of the seas seriously. Or we used to.

Unless the US and the UK are willing to put boots on the ground to clean out the multiple Houthi nests, these attacks will continue. Also the Houthis are achieving their strategic goals using relatively low cost weaponry. The defensive missiles on the US ships being used at a prodigious rate are extremely expensive. Suspect well over $100 million already has spent keeping those US Navy ships on station added to the cost of ordinance fired.
