Are the BREWERIES and DISTILLERIES at risk?
And this: Can we use WIC and EBT to buy Beer and Liquor?
Progressivism is a strange phenomenon. What is weird and stupid suddenly becomes essential under .... Oh! Forgot to mention Weed.
Anyway, where were we?

The “comment period” was used several times by the communists to identify targets that were later rounded up during the “gulag period”...

So the people whom the constitution solely empowers to make law are begging an agency of unelected bureaucrats to not make a “rule” that will decimate an industry comprised of their voters? I have that about right?

If you can’t burn them all down, regulate them to death.

Take them back to the Supreme Court.

Rinse and repeat as necessary.

As I’ve said, the SC needs a word processor template with which to quickly publish their rulings to deal with these sort of law-by-regulation attempts.

The rationale against these draconian regulations would be the same or similar on all of them. Just fill in the blanks on the particulars and get each ruling out the door quickly.

Resistance is feudal.

Resistance is nonexistent. Citizens have turned into neutered sheep.

I’m sure when Congress IDIOTICALLY decided to hand this power to the Executive Branch they were hoping that our ability to process food would end.

Yeah, right.

Small, local American meat-processing plants are being squeezed out of business

The food industry is turning into America’s pharmaceutical industry, in terms of regulation, red-tape and cronyism.

This is all part of the globalists’(WEF) agenda. There was a story this morning about 140,000 US farms being closed between 2017-2022.

We we once we were considered the bead basket for he world. This one world government (globalists, WEF) goal for the US is to be on the bread-line for handouts.

If they shut down these plants it will put thousands of legal and illegal migrants out of work.

“Tyson, Smithfield (China owned), Armour probably not affected.................”

It was announced today that the Tyson plant in Perry Iowa, (the town where the recent school shooting was.), will be closed down. There are about 1200 employees affected.

Our Congress is no different from the Roman Senate. Obsolete. Useless.

The flaw with the Constitution is that the President is too powerful.

Looks like the anti-federalists were right.

Proposed reforms. Dual presidency. Limited term (one year? Two years?)

Thank you for referencing that article george76.

"New Biden Rule [??? emphasis added] Shuts Down Food Processing Plants Across Rural America"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

First, the bottom line ...

Consider that political party and media fuss about "obsolete" electoral college is because it is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law.

Regarding Biden, corrupt Congress is actually the problem with just about everything in DC imo, including Biden and the EPA. Consider that Congress is actually protecting Biden, evidenced by Congress's refusal to impeach and remove him from office despite probably a number of impeachable offenses imo.

Regarding the constitutionally undefined EPA, and other likewise constitutionally undefined so-called federal regulatory agencies, I've listed the EPA in the politically correct version of the first numbered clause of the Constitution.

"Article I, Section 1: All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives [and non-popularly-elected bureaucrats running Federal Reserve, IRS, EPA, BLM, NIH, CDC, FWS, DHS, DOL, USDA, FCC, FTA, FTC, DOE, ATF, etc.]"

What's going on with so-called federal regulatory agencies is this imo. Post-17th Amendment ratification lawmakers are protecting their voting records by establishing constitutionally undefined federal regulate agencies run by non-popularly elected bureaucrats, letting bureaucrats get away with stealing state powers, using those powers to do Congress's unpopular, unconstitutional, dirty work for it.

Regarding the EPA, note that the states have never given the feds the specific power to police the environment for example.

"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.

That being said, patriots need to IMMEDIATELY primary worthless, Trump-hating incumbent lawmakers up for reelection this year. Incumbents need to be replaced with Trump-supporting patriot lawmakers in November so that hopeful Trump 47 will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term in office, but will be supported by the new Congress to finish draining the swamp.

Again, consider that corrupt political party and media fuss about "obsolete" electoral college is because the electoral college is the only thing stopping the corrupt political parties that have pirated control of state and federal governments from establishing a permanent puppet presidency that will unquestioningly sign unconstitutional taxing and spending bills into law.

So congress illegally gives up its power to create law, and now congress has to beg to have any control. How wonderful.
