Uvalde - bunch of cops stand around chatting, making sure concerned citizens don’t interfere with the shooter, and enable further killing.

And one off duty (Border Patrol I think) guy with a borrowed rifle and a half a hair cut takes out the shooter.

I remember when it happened there were FReepers who were praising the cops who put her in handcuffs to prevent her from going in. "They saved her life!" Bah.

There was criticism levied at the BORTAC also waiting before moving down the hallway.

You are right. Something is very wrong about the training and character of the young men who signed up for the LEO jobs that arrived in Uvalde and did nothing.

They are so conditioned to take orders without thinking that they stood around and facilitated a massacre of children.

It is time to change how police officers are trained.
