The thing is, she was an “acting” appointment with no Senate confirmation. She HAD to resign after 210 days or go before the Senate and be held accountable. I’m of the opinion that we’ve been sold a bill of goods and she will be back, rather, she hasn’t gone anywhere.

I think you are reading too much into this. Nuland was Acting Deputy Secretary of State since last July, but I believe she was still working in her original role in the Biden administration as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.
She had been confirmed unanimously to that post, so Senate confirmation for this one would not have been an issue. She’s a warmongering globalist … which means Lindsey Graham would bring every Republican out of the Senate bathhouse to make sure she’s confirmed to any position.
