It is amusing that the "media" and their "fact checks" sorts of baloney are contributing to the demise of said media, as we watch "activist journalists" losing their jobs and "activist" start-up media losing their investments, with closings.

From the Clinton era and "Move On," through these last decades so many have drifted away from such media and messaging entities, doing their -- our -- own fact checking.

This seems to be in parallel with more and more no placing trust in government, as well as the lap dogs of media.

With search engines aplenty these days, one can find one's own information. Free Republic and some other sites allowing comments contribute to the healthy growth of skepticism.
