The state should appeal this to SCOTUS. Basically these morons on the appeals court said it is FINE for companies to teach their employees that one race is better than another.

Racist judges.

Forced workplace training.. is extortion, you WILL agree to this and abide by it or you will be fired on the spot. My experience when working for a municipality where a woke speaker was assigned to the facility to instruct the employees on thier agenda. All had to attend or else disciplinary action would be taken, sign in sheets were strictly enforced. One of the many topics that was not to be questioned was the right of a man dressed as a women using the ladies room. Many women were in attendance and not one said a word out of fear. This is a sick evil plan to destroy our rights, family morals and values and to endanger our families especially the children, DEI, BLM, WOKE is cancer. This is a targeted plan

Supreme Court already ruled that racism is bad.
The lower court is out of line.

If one is mandated to take this ‘training’, then it becomes (forced) CONDUCT...not just ‘free speech’

*Facepalm* Sounds like activist ‘judges’ @ it...again.
