We’ll finally have an official review of the 2020 election, something the democrats and RINOs have been desperate to prevent.
To date, not a single court has allowed Trump to present the evidence of massive fraud. Not a state court, nor a federal court or SCOTUS, a benefit extended to Al Gore in 2000 on much slimmer evidence.
In an appalling statement, SCOTUS stated that the sitting president Donald Trump “lacked standing”, ridiculous in the extreme that a sitting president lacked standing in his own re election efforts, one that was overwhelmingly and transparently fraudulent.
So bring it, dems and RINOs, let’s finally have that election review that will absolutely nullify every single thing the imposter signed into law.
Nothing Biden has done is legal, and none of his actions carry the weight of law.
And Biden, et al, are taken into custody with no bail, since they obviously represent a flight risk.

Bill of Attainder
The most direct method to unseat someone who is elected President is Impeachment and Conviction.
A Pardon is not applicable. You can’t pardon someone out of an Impeachment.
There is no double jeopardy. Someone could be Impeached and Tried for the same offense twice. It’s totally within the purview of the House and the Senate.
It’s also difficult to do. It should be.
Raskin does NOT Chair the Oversight Committee he is ranking member. The Chair is Republican. So Raskin’s stupid effort will go no where except get cameras in front of him.
Congress has known this about their power for decades. Pelosi controlled House decided Obamaumao was a US citizen— when he obviously wasn’t. It was Hitlery that pointed this out FIRST, btw.

Perhaps the J6 Committee and their neww mission will be required to show all of the newly released J6 tapes for all to see who really incited violence. Such a shame they didn’t do that the hearings.

Any Congressional bill that seeks to remove Trump from the ballot would constitute a Bill of Attainder and would be Unconstitutional. It would also be EX Post Facto and contrary to Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the US Constitution.
