“Law-abiding” illegal aliens is an oxymoron. If they are here illegally then they are by very definition a criminal.
Total nonsense article, every illegal alien has already committed a crime just by crossing the border. The crime rate for illegal aliens is 100% the moment they enter the country.
So not they do not commit less crime, they are all criminals, every single one.
If the illegal aliens were not felons Biden wouldn’t have open the borders it’s what the democrat base is made of.

Given that people tend to live around people with similar backgrounds, are illegals more likely or less likely to call the police when they become victims of a crime? I would say they are less likely.

There is also a section from a few decades ago that shows how much illegals cost this nation every year- briefly, back then it was between $450-$600 billion dollars. I would wager the cost is now over $1 trillion dollars per year
The costs were,estimates of ALL costs that illegals wrack up in our nation, ie direct costs like “costs associated with drunk driving”, and incidental costs ie “johnny had to see a psychiatrist for 4 years after his father was murdered by an illegal alien who was drunk driving” and “mrs so and so had to file for bankruptcy after a drunken illegal alien murdered her husband”
Oh, and the real kick in the gut is that the maggots on the left now demand that we call the illegal criminal invaders “Newcomers”

Crime is cumulative, and most sanctuary cities, states do not report many crimes. So there is no way that any stat on invader crime will be correct or even in the ballpark.
Even ONE crime by an illegal alien is one crime too many - and could have easily been prevented by closing the border.
The Texas prison system is literally overwhelmed with them.
I don’t think it matters. They start off as a criminal so all illegals have committed a crime for simply crossing the border without first applying and coming in the normal and legal way.
100% of illegals commit crimes.
