To repair the damage that the Clinton, obama, Biden Regimes have done to the Nation, the National i.q. would have to ascend to the level of the Founding Fathers. This is not going to happen. As the Nation grows further from God it becomes more evil, more corrupt, and more stupid. The Founding Fathers would never have fallen for the global warming scam for example. Plus they knew the difference between a man and a woman.
