Moldova should cede Transnistria to Ukraine. The people there speak Russian or Ukrainian, and Ukraine is already at war with Russia. Then Ukraine can take military action to end the Russian occupation there as well.
There are only 2 things of value in Transnistria:
1. the huge Soviet-era ammo dumps on the Ukraine border;
2. Free gas from Russia to sell to Moldova
Number 2 has ceased to exist leaving on number one.
