The veteran South Carolina senator has offered ringing endorsements of every act of US military aggression abroad since 2003, and was a fervent backer of NATO’s proxy war against Russia in Ukraine before a surprise partial reversal this month, refusing to endorse a $61 billion Senate funding bill in favor of a loan scheme proposed by Donald Trump.
The MAGA crowd at Donald Trump’s victory bash after Saturday’s South Carolina primary gave a not so very warm welcome to Senator Lindsey Graham after Trump invited him to the podium to speak.
“Another man, not a lot of people know him, he doesn’t do too much television, he happens to be a little bit further left than some of the people on this stage, but I always say when I’m in trouble on the left I call up Lindsey Graham and he straightens it out so fast,” Trump said, with his comments met with a mix of applause and boos.
“No, no,” Trump said, gesturing to try to calm the rambunctious crowd. “I love him, he’s a good man! Come up here Lindsey!”
“Ok, are you ready?” Graham asked after reaching the podium, where he was met with more boos. “America, the nightmare you’re facing is just about over. Help is on the way. This is the most qualified man to be president of the United States. And let it be said that South Carolina created the biggest political comeback in American history,” the senator said before quickly dashing off from center stage.
Graham and Trump have had a difficult, on-again, off-again political relationship since the New York billionaire announced his run for the presidency in 2015, with the senator initially calling the real estate mogul a “jackass” and Trump returning the favor, calling Graham a “disgrace,” a “nut job” and “one.......

Once again. “Viciously Booed” is actually mildly booed
In September 2022, he introduced his nationwide abortion ban legislation to deliberately harm his own party’s election chances in the upcoming midterms (no doubt at the command of his CIA blackmailers). I wonder what he (rather his blackmailers) will have in store for this year’s election.

“Senator Lindsey Graham after Trump invited him to the podium to speak.”
Lindsey Graham is a species of venomous snake, Trump. I see you still have trouble being able to identify the deep state swamp people who pretend to be your friend now, but will try to undermine you the first chance they get.
Trump: ‘I Did’ Hire the Best People and Most of My Hires Were Good, But ‘I Didn’t Know’ Washington Like I Do Now
He was re-elected by many of these same people only 16 months ago.
A perfect example of "controlled opposition."
Politics make for strange bed fellows. There is an old saying, keep your friends close and your enemies closer.Sometimes you need that snake, as long as you realize that he is still a snake.
Trump won SC with more votes than Biden, Haley and all the other challengers put together. Haley only won in heavily democrat districts. Drudge is saying Trump lost 40% of GOP vote. But clearly the Haley vote was mostly not GOP. And it was not big enough to overturn the state in a general election. And of course Trump walks away with all the electors as well. So Haley is just spending never Trumper money. And maybe that is valuable.
If nothing else, President Trump is loyal!
I took it a different way (was watching live). I thought they booed Trump for calling him left. You saw Trump immediately say he liked Graham after the boos.

In today’s social media driven world, posters (posers?) usually overstate their point in order to capture more “likes” and “hits” and “followers”.
I always ignore when I see a headline where one person “destroys” or “demolishes” another. As soon as I see that, it’s a guarantee that it didn’t happen.
Lindsey Graham is a media hog and a RINO.
Not a conservative and a war monger.
What, does he own stock in companies that make war weapons?
The only reason he turned on that funding bill was because he was told to.
That little gem hasn’t been addressed here as far as I’ve seen to-date.
From my chair, it’s because the ds knows something and sees a danger to their agenda in giving the ukes a victory.
Meaning that victory for the ukes was NEVER in the cards.
Grahamnesty is to the republican party what Joe Manchin is to the democrats. A political chameleon.
So who here thinks that Trump has learned his lesson about picking deep state characters to run things. Not looking good in that regard.
Trump doesn’t pick Graham South Carolina voters do.
Being pleasant to him is probably a good idea as long as it goes no further than that. Remember keep your friends close but your enemies closer!
I would have brought tomatoes.
Lindsey is only half as bad as his MIA betraying bro McCain (and Kerry)
-fJroberts-
I'd bet a cup of coffee Graham would very much disagree.
