Back in the 60’s Fort Lewis was an Army base and Madigan was an Air Force base both were south of Tacoma...

It is that "Joint Base" foolishness that started with the The Defense Base Realignment and Closure Act of 1990.

They don't think they are idiots, it's just us sane people that think that.
