If “global responsibility” means bailing out countries that won’t do their part then I’m not for it.
Mitch seems very eager to give Ukraine American tax dollars. I wonder why? Is he in on the grift like Biden, et al. are? Tell me Mitch what critical, national security interest does America have in Ukraine?
