I can’t tell, and “non-binary” doesn’t make any sense; none of that multi-gender crap makes any sense to me.

As near as I can tell, the soft features suggest a female. Although, that may be due to them taking hormones for some time.

Dagny, aka Nex, was XX. Her grandmother had to apologize to social media for using “she” instead of “they” and the mother had to apologize for grandma not being hip enough or whatever. Seriously, this family has enough to deal with without kowtowing to sm.
She died on the way to the hospital so guessing drugs. Fentanyl acts quickly but could be anything these days. With LE stating it the way they did prior to the autopsy report it could be more obvious like a gun shot or slashing wrists.
