““With today’s announcement, we are once again sending a clear message to borrowers who had low balances: if you’ve been paying for a decade, you’ve done your part, and you deserve relief,” Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said in a statement.”

That’s not what they are saying. They are saying we need money right now so we are culling our expenses to find it. If they aren’t on the books, no one will have to be paid to look after them. Cost effective as the checks are not coming in fast enough for them to spend it further and the amounts they are getting is too small and too slow to get.

It appears there is no enforcement of the prior ruling by SCOTUS. Or else the criminals in the RAT party found a way around the ruling.

Ignoring the Supreme Court allows the government to continue to encourage irresponsible behavior, help subsidize and encourage even higher college costs, and help keep inflation high while indoctrinating our youth with socialism at taxpayer expense.

Add to that several years of getting a totally worthless degree, several years of partying/babysitting while buying votes, which makes all of the above PERFECT as far as democrats are concerned.

Biden will not stop continuing all of the above with even more slaps in the face at those that have behaved responsibly, but stupidly, by paying their loans.
