I explained that we elderly folks need to get our exercise and move around a bit and....

I’m 80. Have a new exercise program cuz I’m at the computer all the time. Round and round my rooms...1/2 mile every day....it’s a start...that’s 3.5 miles a week. Yes!!
Mobility and strength training is key.
If you’re a turtle on the floor, you need to put in work.
Depending on age, weights, yoga, walking/hiking, and swimming are excellent.
When there are Medicare questions, #1 or #2 is have you had any falls.
The problem with falling is not being able to get back up. I had to devote serious physical therapy time to merely getting up off the floor and not even falling.
If Biden does fall, the probability is great he can’t get back up
