I'll ask you a simple yes or no question, if you can handle it. We fertilized ten eggs. Of those ten, eight were nonviable (they did not have 23 pairs of chromosomes). We disposed of those eight and we now have the two viable embryos.
Do you think we should be charged with eight counts of murder?
