The program could give up to 500 migrant families prepaid debit cards to purchase food and other supplies.Why just 500? If you are saving money why not save even more with 5000? Why not 50,000?

If my math is correct, and he is saving money by giving away 53 million in debit cards, he could save twice as much by giving me a 53 million dollar pre-paid card....
