I’ll stand by my remark on what is considered “successful” is highly dependent on the person (influenced by culture, upbringing, etc).
My "key/lock" analogy stands. Anyone with an ounce of commonsense will agree.
Eh. Whenever I see use of the word “commonsense” and phrase “common sense”, I think of gun control advocates who like to use such terms to foreclose discussion on gun control or posit that those who hold different viewpoints lack common sense. Using it in this discussion is unfortunate, so will leave the discussion as is.
Yeah, let's derail the conversation by getting "hung up" on a single word like "commonsense" you find problematic. Nit-picking! Injecting the topic of "gun control" is another purely diversionary tactic.
But if you insist, I'll rephrase myself:
99 out of 100 FReepers will agree that an average-looking woman with little to no "game" / money / social status, etc. can effortlessly land a succession of bed partners (e.g., a different decent-looking man every night for a month); in contrast, a man would have to either be a top-tier celebrity, well-known billionaire, or the like to accomplish the same unless he is extremely handsome, employs superb "game," and/or bends over backwards.
