Did anyone ever thought back in the 1980s that Russian infrastructure would be far cleaner and more advanced than ours?

I thought that was the common saying of people dying in a totalitarian Italy. Maybe it’s cliche. Obama did lots of infrastructure.. there are still signs boasting of it.
The first thing.. why in the world would a free person want to spend hours waiting on a train. The minutes of their life they never get back
Better to get in your car, on your schedule, do your thing.
And the lefts union money launderers run the trains and airports here…
Instead of raking how is Russia doing it right, ask how the dems have corrupted our infrastructure. Where is the money.
