This judge is young, and doesn’t want to get into a controversy at any level. I think he’s a wuss. Probably the Eagle Scout type. What he should do, is this:
1. Remove Fani and her entire office from the case.
2. Dismiss the case entirely and ask the State AG to revisit the case to determine if another trial is needed with a new set of prosecutors.
But, judging from his toughness with our side, and allowing Fans to run whip saw over him, I think we will see more of the same today.
