“ I don’t understand putting classified documents in cardboard boxes at all. Why aren’t there special boxes with locks on them?”
The answer is because there are evidently no consequences for being irresponsible. Just look at what’s gone on now for many years with these egregious failures to secure and protect classified info at the highest levels. NOTHING is being done to the guilty parties so it just gets worse.
But there is a huge gov effort to attack political opponents.
