Birth of Venus has to be one of the 10 best paintings ever IMHO. Would be horrible should anything happen to it.
The model for Venus was Simonetta Vespucci (maybe barely 16 at the time of the painting). She was a relative of Amerigo Vespucci after whom the Americas are named.

I’ve yet to figure out how souping centuries old paintings has anything to do with the climate. They are wasting soup, their t-shirts wasted energy, them traveling to the grocery store and the museum uses energy, etc.
