Good article. Long, long overdue.
You can only tell a whites and Asians “We hate you, we despise you, you are oppressors, we are victims, you are racist because you deny you are racist, we want all of you dead” for so long before they finally catch on.
It’s especially galling because the people accusing whites and Asians are generally no-accounts who have done nothing with their lives except foment anger and hatred. They have produced nothing of value. They contribute nothing to society.

I cannot agree more strongly. The entire lot of them need to burn.
My institution got a taste of DEI in 2022 and the systems office must have got a lot of negative feedback because a big chunk of it disappeared in 2023. In 2022 the companies annual training trashed white employees and white culture. At the end of the survey it asked have you ever faced discrimination or a hostile work environment and I replied I hadn’t faced any or seen any in 30 years of employment until I took this training and it was blatant racism, discriminatory, and created a hostile work environment and it was Human Resources and top management who were the abusers. Others blistered the training as well. Will see what 24 has in store come July.
