My guess is he got his money back because there was a transaction trail that couldn’t be refuted.
It was his military pay, he did not trust banks, and I don’t blame him.Go to youtube and watch , it is very disturbing to see the Govt.thieves in action.
Why did they stop him? What was the probable cause?
There may be more than that. I had a reader on my website who carried a lot of cash and was always getting stopped like this. He finally began carrying the cash in a lead-lined box and the stops ceased.
He believed that they have a way to scan for the strips in the cash, and they may have scanners on the highways which alert Law Enforcement when large sums are driving along, and send a cop to check it out. He felt the lead-lined box was blocking the signals.
This guy may not have been stopped by chance.
That is lot of money to be carrying around. People get robbed and killed for a lot less..
