I would love to shock the entire world, have the US and Russia hold hands in Peace and co-operation. Why? What we have beeng doing has not changed the world one lick.

Did you know what the agreement he signed was about? It was a tripwire, for Britain to defend another nation, which they couldn’t possibly do. Without the US supplying them with arms, they keep their Empire ways to themselves, or pass into history.
