The Special Counsel decide to play both sides. As a prosecutor, he duly noted that the classified documents were not authorized to remain in Biden's possession, yet he retained hundreds, some for more than a decade. But then, he becomes defense attorney and presents a diminished capacity defense. He answered questions that should have been left up to a jury.
I am pretty sure the INVESTIGATION was longer than a couple of days.

It sounds like Willie’s Girl was hopin’ Pedo Joe was going to get his ass thrown in prison. So what did the FAR-LEFT prosecutors do? They determined Pedo Joe was still eligible to be president although he’s off his rocker. He just isn’t allowed to carry classified documents around with him.

Harris should know that by making up excuses for why her boss did poorly in the depositions, she just confirmed that he did poorly. By her answer, she just affirmed the assumption. You’d think an attorney would know better.
If so, that is even worse. If the stress of a middle east conflict flaring up into war causes the President so much stress that he can’t remember basic details of his recent life, how can he manage to properly discern America’s role in solving that conflict.
Biden is living in the past and recalling former (and long dead) foreign leaders as if they are present and influential today. That can cause serious missteps in American foreign policy.
Oh yes - the passage of time.
