In the late 70’s went to visit family in Europe who went through Nazism or were living under Communism. Learned even more.
My best trip to Europe was going to Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate about about a month after the wall came down and watching families reunite.
Cried all day...TEARS OF JOY!!!
