Granting cert and hearing Bush v Gore has created a century of future mischief.

The process of appointing Electors and separate voting by Electors in State capitals was DESIGNED ON PURPOSE to exclude the national government from potential draining of the swamp by the People in their States.

They thought of everything.

The stunted losers who have attempted to remove Trump from their state ballots cited the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as their rationale for doing so.

It is duplicitous — to the point of legal malpractice — for anyone involved on those cases to render a decision in that manner and then hide behind a “state’s rights” argument to keep it out of the Federal courts.
