A friend of mine who had had a hysterectomy years ago recently needed abdominal surgery. Apparently the scar tissue worked its way into the intestines, leaving her in severe pain.
I know Kate didn't have a hysterectomy. However, there might be an underlying factor other than cancer. Hard to know, given the secrecy.
I don’t think the vagueness is in the interest of ‘secrecy’. It’s simply a respect for privacy.
It’s just not the public’s business.
Hopefully she will be fine.
She seems genuinely nice, and is a mother of three young ones.
