The other day in the U.K. five officers were involved to deal with a woman who was singing ‘Amazing Grace’ in public. She was told that it was illegal to sing hymns outside of Church property. The next day an openly pro-Hamas protest march went off with out any problems from police even though Hamas is officially labeled a terrorist organization and it is illegal in the U.K. to support it.

On the other hand dozens or hundreds of angry muslims might well be a bit more dangerous to deal with than a hymn-singing woman.

Yep- the woman singing might make someone smile in the uk, and that apparently is agaisnt the law there, but violent hate-filled rhetoric by muslims who have vowed to take over the nation? No problem evidently

We’ve had similar happen here in the US too- a pastor was standing on a sidewalk shouting out bible, verses during a gay parade, and several cops came and arrested him falsely claiming that he was breaking the law. However, thankfully, he was released and it was acknowledged that he did not break the law.

I doubt the cops thay violated his rights were held accountable for doing so though. He should have sued in order to send the message that “no, it is not alright to arrest people because you hate christians and ehat they are saying”
