The Republican who helped draft the Senate’s pending pro-migration border bill, Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), is getting roasted online for a tweet that blamed the 9/11 atrocity on illegal immigrants.
“All of the 9/11 attackers were present in the US illegally,” said the February 2 tweet from his office. “We shouldn’t wait until the next horrific terror attack to realize that our wide-open southern border is a national security risk.”
Andrew McCarthy, a lawyer who led the federal prosecution of the terrorists in the first attempt to blow up the Twin Towers in 1993, responded:
It is obvious that the border is a security risk, but the hijackers did not come that way. Most of them overstayed various grades of visa. Reporting indicates the legislation you'll propose does not address Biden's parole/visa abuse, but as you've pointed out, we await the text.

This was Lankford being dishonest and trying to use that part of the discussion to not deal with the fact that his fake border deal does not fix the illegal immigration issue at all but just makes it worse!
Lankford is Romney’s and McCain’s “Mini-Me.” McCain has gone to his just rewards, and Romney is going to exit the senate as he discovered he’d lose any re-election bid.

The illegals? They’re flying in, boating in, walking in, they get temporary visas and never go back etc... There are tens of millions of these people. It’s just that now the Communist left has ramped it up, and have publicly roll out the red carpet for them, showering them with tax paid prizes and gifts.

The fact is if they had abided by the terms of their temporary visas, there would have never been a 911.
But that’s a joke too as these people were not even vetted properly. Like Bozo Bush allowing in more Muslims AFTER 911 than were allowed in the two previous decades.

Is that statement true or false? My understanding is that it is quite true.
Some of the illegals were students who overstayed their visas, and were able to get a Florida drivers license[Thanks Jeb!]. Post 9/11 should have fixed that. Instead, citizens were made to go thru hell and back to get a Real ID. Even now, nothing fixed any of the 9/11 issues. R’s and D’s hate America.
Yep...I think the number they used for 35 years now was 12 million..We were told for decades, over and over only 12 million illegals were in country.
What joke...I’d bet a cup of coffee there are 25-35 million. Possibly more.
