thats a crime??...buying a gun to target shoot??....cant convict somebody for what another person did. Michigan is completely run by democrat women who are anti 2nd amendment. The prosecutor wants to be governor and is using this case as a platform...Whitmer wants to be president, and will use this case as a platform...Michigan passed red flag laws ...but thats not enough for Whitmer...her and the lezzie man hating AG secretly passed several laws, making simple things like “harrassing phone calls” violations of the red flag laws..if you swear in an argument with an ex...thats now a violation of red flag laws. Ill be shocked of they get a conviction, but i will say, Crumbleys lawyer is awful...chick has the most annoying voice. This case should have easily been tossed...
The State needs to have evidence of the mom directly involved shooting up the school. In this case planning a strategy etc... Only thing going so far is that she likes being used as an ejaculate outlet/semen dumpster and is a gun owner. Bad parenting is not a felony, however, she is open to civil suits (Doesn’t look like she has deep pockets though).
