Sanctions under the New Executive Order
The United States has taken action against persons connected to escalating violence against civilians in the West Bank. The Department of State is imposing financial sanctions on four individuals pursuant to a new Executive Order that President Biden announced today to promote accountability for certain harmful activities that threaten the peace, security, and stability of the West Bank. The Executive Order establishes U.S. authority to issue financial sanctions against those directing or participating in certain actions, including acts or threats of violence against civilians, intimidating civilians to cause them to leave their homes, destroying or seizing property, or engaging in terrorist activity in the West Bank.
Pursuant to section 1(a)(i)(A), the following individual is being designated for being responsible for or complicit in, or having directly or indirectly engaged or attempted to engage in, actions — including directing, enacting, implementing, enforcing, or failing to enforce policies — that threaten the peace, security, or stability of the West Bank:

So Potato Joe has time to sign an new EO covering the West Bank half way around the world, but he cannot sign a new EO undoing the horribly destructive EOs he signed his first week in office which opened the border?

Israeli terror deaths under Trump. 2017-13, 2018-14, 2019-9, 2020-3. And the evil Trump withheld funding from the PA because they paid palestinian terrorists, and enhanced sanctions against Iran, reducing funding to terror groups.
Israeli terror deaths under Biden. 2021-17, 2022-24, 2023 Jan to June-28, second half, don't know about July to September, but in October the Iran arms kicked in and it's upwards of 1,200-1,400. THAT would be worth some votes, more than denying visas and US bank accounts to 4 rather non descript Israelis. Who from the media clearly don't have the talents of BLM and Antifa activists when it comes to instigating riots.
As to those sanctioned, details below.
DAVID CHAI CHASDAI initiated and led a riot, which involved setting vehicles and buildings on fire, assaulting Palestinian civilians, and causing damage to property in Huwara, which resulted in the death of a Palestinian civilian.
EINAN TANJIL was involved in assaulting Palestinian farmers and Israeli activists by attacking them with stones and clubs, resulting in injuries that required medical treatment.
SHALOM ZICHERMAN (ZICHERMAN), according to video evidence, assaulted Israeli activists and their vehicles in the West Bank, blocking them on the street, and attempted to break the windows of passing vehicles with activists inside. ZICHERMAN cornered at least two of the activists and injured both.
YINON LEVI (LEVI) led a group of settlers who engaged in actions creating an atmosphere of fear in the West Bank. He regularly led groups of settlers from the Meitarim Farm outpost that assaulted Palestinian and Bedouin civilians, threatened them with additional violence if they did not leave their homes, burned their fields, and destroyed their property. LEVI and other settlers at Meitarim Farm have repeatedly attacked multiple communities within the West Bank.
Because of the news, it's hard to search for their names. In a quick search, YINON LEVI and EINAN TANJIL, nothing. David Chai Chasdai, administrative detention for 3 to 4 months, can't find anything beyond that. That's just a jailing by a judge until facts can be determined. We don't have that here though Jan 6 defendents would disagree. And SHALOM ZICHERMAN, indicted by Israel in 2022 on charges of assault, armed assault, and intentional damage to a vehicle. His trial is still ongoing.
Joe can do what he wants, but solely in my own opinion, thinking back on sanctions nations have put on others, this is embarassing.
If he’s worried about what he calls riots, how about prosecuting BLM and Antifa instigators if statutes of limitation haven’t run out.
Does the Federal Government have the authority to do this?
The Jewish constituents are pathologically incapable of doing anything other than supporting the Dems. So they get taken for granted. There must be a Gayavek (Walkaway in Yiddish) movement. So the Muzzies are in play.
