OK. I get that.
I just don’t see the up side for China to take out their biggest customer while their internal economy is sliding. For a country that wants to flex its economic muscle..killing us does nothing for them.
It’s not like we are threatening their resources or restricting their access to our markets?
A lot of the China talk just doesnt make sense beyond the rhetoric.
You make some very valid points, perhaps not China, although I note that in 1938 Germany’s #1 trade partner was France...
Thanks to the current “leadership” we have more than just military age Chinese men, we have military age men from Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, and for all I know, North Korea, not to mention Venezuela, Columbia and thereabouts, etc., etc., etc.
We’ve not been good global citizens, about the only countries we HAVEN’T invaded or been militarily involved with are Andorra, Bhutan, and Liechtenstein!
Potentially everyone else has an axe to grind...
