“Why would the US need permission from Israel to negotiate with the Palestinians?

Would would we need permission from the Ukrainians to negotiate with the Russians?

What am I missing?”
———————-
Why did England need the permission of Czechoslovakia to negotiate with Germany over Czechoslovakian territory that was necessary for its security?

This is worse, because at least the Germans hadn’t already crossed the border into Czechoslovakia and murdered over 1000 people and taken a couple hundred hostage. Also, Germany didn’t have a stated policy of wiping out Czechoslovakia as a nation, and murdering all Czechoslovakian citizens who lived anywhere else in the world. This will turn out far worse than what happened in Czechoslovakia, and that was a Class A disaster of historic proportions.

Since you obviously don’t have a clue, the problem with the United States negotiating with “Palestine“ is that it is not negotiating with its own territory, it is negotiating with Israel’s territory. Nobody, and no nation, has the right to negotiate with somebody else’s property with a third-party, without the permission of the person or nation whose property is at issue. I would feel the same way if it was Reagan or Trump, negotiating in this fashion, but the fact that it is the brainless puppet Biden, doing the negotiating at the clear beast of the Jew-hating traitor, Obama, makes it infinitely worse.
