From his federal lawsuit:

Justin Mohn, a 2014 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, returns for the fourth time pro se to sue the United States for allowing him to borrow money to attend college without advising him he may not find satisfactory work as an overeducated white man almost ten years later.

FWIW, his degree was a Bachelor's in Agribusiness Management.

I borrowed 8000 dollars to finish my degree in pharmacy circa 1985. I was broke in my last year of pharmacy school. Upon graduation I had a job that paid very well. The loan was paid off early.

I suspect that is not an easy field to get into. I wondered on another thread if he wanted to get into the Hemp business.
