A use of the “Curley Effect” demonstrated here.

Soros DAs. Why spend hundreds of millions for DAs? Because if you control the DAs the laws on the books don’t matter.

1. Get Dem DAs in control. Sell as “sticking it to the man” or combatting institutional racism.

2. Crime happens.

3. Let the criminals out with no/low bail.

4. Dismiss the charges.

5. This leads to … more crime.

But the criminals are essentially the Brown Shirts for the Democrat party. They beat up the civilians. This leads to —-

6. Exodus of whites or any minorities who can afford it. They leave. This leads to …

7. Super majority and total control by radical Dems lD the major cities.

8. Elections no longer matter. Detroit controls Michigan. Chicago controls Illinois. Etc etc. — one major city and they can print all the cited they want. Anyone questions it they’re, you guessed it, racist. Sued for even questioning the fraud (recent Rudy case) and media goes along with it.

Crime is integral the the strategy. We saw this with dozens of riots and not only did everyone that looted and destroyed go free any police force that tried to stop it was sued and paid millions to the protestors.

Just like the open border “crisis.” All by design for political ends.

... why would they claim the 14th to keep Trump off of a primary ballot which does not elect him to any office?

One can't be on a ballot for an office, the primary being the first step, if one is not eligible to serve.

That retired judge is applying the CIVIL standard of preponderance of the evidence, and NOT the criminal standard of beyond a reasonable doubt. Thus, necessarily, he is saying that Trump’s alleged actions do not rise to a crime; and therefore the 14th Amendment is not even applicable. Thanks, judge! You just sank your own claim! You have in fact argued that Trump CAN be on the primary ballot.
