The Supreme Court’s decision .. to order Texas not to protect its border with Mexico will go down in history as one of the court’s most cowardly decisions that could doom our nation — if it is allowed to stand.
That decision was not just about razor wire. It was about the role of states in our federal system and the betrayal of the nation — first by a president, and now by two Republican-appointed justices.
....
Biden .. was the second act in the Obama administration’s mission to “fundamentally transform” the United States. He was declaring that the Trump years were over, and the revolutionaries were back in charge.
Was the Trump wall really a “waste of money”?
The establishment media had attacked Trump for spending $11 billion to put barriers up along 50 miles of our southern border. But the corrupt media thought nothing of spending more than 10 times that to defend Ukraine and its border. And the House GOP now estimates the annual cost of the Biden open border will be $451 billion in caring for illegal aliens.
Biden opened the door, and over 3.8 million people walked through. That number of illegals is greater than the population of 22 states and is on the verge of destroying the nation in every way by causing crime, drug deaths, child trafficking, terrorism, deficit spending and .

Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states, “The United States shall … protect each [state] against Invasion.” Biden has not just failed in that duty miserably — he chose not to honor that duty.
In such cases, the Constitution allows states to use force, up to and including war, to repel invasions.
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress … engage in War, unless actually invaded,

it won’t be the first time that TX has fought on its southern flank
All we have to do is “Remember the Alamo” and we good. Kick ass.
All states need to send TX reinforcements and $$
I have not yet heard from the administration or liberal Talking Heads on this.
But I expect they will say that the illegal aliens crossing the border do not constitute an invasion.
And they will criticize Abbott saying that it’s not really an invasion because we’re not seeing an army shooting people coming across the border.
As these events unfold, the Liberals may want to have major debates about what is the definition of the word “invasion”.
Just the fact that we're bringing in people we have to "care for" infuriates me. Why do we have to "care for" the whole world? It's the job of their home countries to "care for" them. Immigrants of old came here to work. There was no welfare. If they couldn't make it here, they went home.
We had an "insurrection" and we didn't see an army shooting people.
I just pray that it is not to late.
The border should have be closed long ago.
The treason’s democrat’s want to destroy our way of life.
bttt
The modern Supreme Court would never allow devolution of Federal power to this extent.
It is not Texas engaging in war at the border. It is the illegal invasion of foreigners who have engaged in war at the border. FedGov brought them here and assists them, so Texans must fight back against the assault. It is self defense.
The border is a major problem, but corrupt Congress is an even bigger problem than the border imo.
Exclusive: Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘Dumbfounded’ GOP Colleagues Will Not Call for Biden’s Impeachment! (6.10.23)Democratic and Republican patriots need to primary all incumbent lawmakers, except for MTG, Gaetz & Company (and others?), and replace them Constitution-respecting patriots who will support hopeful Trump 47.
The problem I see with the assumptions made by Gen. Flynn are the following:
1. Congress has the sole right to pass immigration laws. They have done very little.
2. The Executive Branch is supposed to enforce the laws, they have outright refused. That should go back to Congress for impeachment because of failure to follow the Constitution. That means the POTUS and VPOTUS need to be removed. That’s the Constitutional way to approach this.
3. Texas is a symptom of a giant problem. Those problems are legion and include: Un-elected and unresponsive Federal agencies acting outside of the provision granted by Congress and without adequate oversight. A Executive, who has exceeded the responsibilities of it’s Branch, and now blackmails the nation with it’s power even and including refusing to protect it’s Citizens. A Supreme Court, who doesn’t understand that the current process sidesteps the ‘local control and democratic process’ as well as ‘State Rights and Citizen Responsibility.
While I would argue that the Supreme Court Decision against Texas razor wire was fundamentally wrong, in the scale of Dred Scot, there is so much wrong at this point it’s just a small part of the planet of Constitutional failure.
If they want to really scare the DBags in DC, what they should send are a series of small militias. Such cannot be taken over by Fed order. And, it would serve as a training exercise for those not in uniform — yet.
States are facing down an organized bully, basically a cartel based in DC. You don’t incrementally face down a bully. You show how far you are willing to go, and demonstrate that you mean it. If THEY don’t back off, then you know that their ultimate goal is to murder you and your family; the goal of all collectivist polities.
I'm hoping that Eagle Pass, TX will be Obama's Armageddon.
“… there is so much wrong at this point it’s just a small part of the planet of Constitutional failure.”
I agree. The nation itself has failed. There is no practical solution, Constitutionally or politically. We’ve arrived slowly…and now suddenly at the point of dissolution. The nation will become a full fascist dictatorship (if Biden and the Democrats prevail) or dissolve into multiple nations if the states prevail and Trump wins the election (in that instance, the leftist/fascist states that did not prevail will violently secede.
.......lol, I guarantee that if Abbott put out a call for Volunteer’s I 35 south would become a parking lot within hours. Tens of thousands of rednecks and millions of rounds of munitions would head south and West (El Paso).
And I say “Redneck” in this instance respectfully. As I’ve said many times in my life, “I’m 51% myself.”
There. Fixed it.
Deep thinker. Good article.
