Confused.
Just 2 weeks ago the stories splashing were that Ukraine was looking for a way to end the war. The stories quoted “reports” that Biden had made clear to Zelensky that politics in the US were likely to obstruct any more money and Ukraine needed to find a way out.
So this morning, new “reports”.
It seems more than unlikely this report is legitimate — given there are only 5 weeks to go before the election in Russia. There is no polling evidence that Putin needs any sort of October surprise equivalent.
